Delivery Status of My Order
Orders placed and approved by 3:30 pm CST (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day and generally delivered within 1-2 business days.
To check the status the next business day after 10:30 am CST:
- Go to Account Activities and select Order History/Returns.
- Locate your order and check the status:
- In Progress: Your order has not shipped.
- Three colored buttons (green, red, blue): Your order has shipped and should arrive in 1-2 business days.
How to Cancel an Order
Since orders are processed quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. To request a cancellation, use any of the contact methods at the end of this section. If cancellation isn't possible, you can submit a return request once the item arrives (see Storey Kenworthy's Return Policy in the FAQ section).
Item Missing from Shipment
Check your packing slip details for the item you're missing:
- If the Quantity Shipped column is blank and there's a number in Backordered column, the item will ship separately.
- If the Quantity Shipped shows a number in that column but you didn't receive the item, reach out to us using the contact methods at the end of this section.
Backordered Items
Items on backorder will ship once the item is back in stock. If your need is urgent, please contact us using any of the methods at then end of this section to explore alternative solutions to help fill your time sensitive request.
Wrong Item Received
Please accept our apology for this inconvenience. You can return the incorrect item online by entering a return for th item and selecting "MISFILL" as the reason for return, or you can reach out for assistance using any of the contact methods at the end of this section.
Request a Catalog
To receive a catalog with your next order:
- Search for "SK CATALOG" and choose the SELECT catalog for general office supplies. Your are welcome to order other specific specific catalogs as well.
Recycling Toner Cartridges
Storey Kenworthy supports the environmental advantages of recycling toner cartridges, and we offer free toner cartridge recycling services. You can either hand the empty cartridges to your delivery driver or schedule a pick-up by contacting us via any of the three methods at the end of this section.
