1. HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED? 
To check the status of your order, go to ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES and select ORDER HISTORY/RETURNS.  Locate your order and refer to the order status.  If the order status shows shipped, then your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to arrive after the status shows shipped.

2. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? 
Orders are processed within minutes of submission during business hours and we cannot guarantee that we can cancel any order.  Please contact Customer Service to make a cancellation request. If your order cannot be cancelled, we will process a return for the item(s).

3. WHAT IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT?
Please review the packing slip that was enclosed with your order. Locate the item(s) in question review the shipped and backordered quantity on that item. If the item shows 0 for shipped and the quantity you ordered (example 1) under the backordered column, then your item will be shipped on another date. If your order does reflect the number you ordered was shipped and there is 0 in the backordered column, then please contact Customer Service with the discrepancy.

4. WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE A BACK ORDERED ITEM?
Products are received daily in our warehouse and your order will ship as soon as we receive the item in stock. If you need specific shipping status, please contact Customer Service.

5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed and approved by 3 p.m. (Central Time Zone) Monday-Friday (except holidays), are normally processed the day of the order and will ship the next day. If you require special delivery, please call Customer Service. Please note: There are certain customers with special delivery schedules, if you are unsure if you fall under one of those schedules, please contact your salesperson or Customer Service.

6. CAN MY ORDER SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately, Storey Kenworthy does not ship to PO Box's; therefore, all orders must be shipped to a physical street address.

7. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, Storey Kenworthy will credit or replace the item at no charge as long as the return request meets the following criteria:
Products being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Products need to be in the manufacturers original carton.
Products must be in resellable condition.
Special purchases may be non-returnable or be subject to a manufacture restocking fee and freight charge.
Defective products will be reviewed on a situational basis at the discretion of the sales consultant.
Furniture return requests are required to be processed through Storey Kenworthy sales consultant.

8. WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. First, review the online shipment details or check your packing slip for details about the order/item. Please contact customer service for assistance in replacing missing items.

9. HOW CAN I GET A CURRENT CATALOG?

10. DOES STOREY KENWORTHY HAVE A RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR TONER CARTRIDGES?
Yes, Storey Kenworthy does have a recycling program and we would be happy to pick-up empty/used toner cartridges. See the Toner Recycling Tab at the top of the Storey Kenworthy Order page.
